Might be the scope in not global and that may be the reason page is read only for you

please check Yes option for both incoming and outgoing mail server. I can see these options are not selected. Please select yes.

Thank you for pointing this out. Yes, I forgot that too. Now I've enabled it and my email box is filling up with messages! So, it's working now. Problem solved with your and Deepak's suggestions!!!!

I've done this with my DEV instance. I put my actual email in the field so I would be notified of the testing I was doing. But it is sending email to all Users, so I had to turn it off.
What have I missed?
