Can I Prepone or postpone my Certification exam dates after selecting any center for Admin exam?

Hello Karne,





When I registered myself for the exam (ServiceNow System Administration Certification) - I did it through the Web Site of the Certification Center I chose and there was an option to postpone it. The only condition was to do it not later than 48 hours (2 days) before the originally chosen date.
You need to check the Web Site you used for the same option. I believe it is a requirement from ServiceNow so every Certification Center should have it.
If you cannot find this option in the Web, then I would advise you to use the phone and directly call the Center you chose.
The guys from there should be able to provide you not only with the required information, but also to postpone your Certification Exam.

Let me give you a Web example:
- below, you will find a screenshot of the profile of mine for ServiceNow Certification Exams.
As you see, there is an exam for ServiceNow System Implementation Specialist scheduled for 15.06.2017.
On the right side of it, there are located two options: Reschedule & Cancel.



You may use the first one (Reschedule) if there are at least 48 hours till the originally selected date.
I would not advise you to use the second one (Cancel) as you will use the fee or the free voucher you used for the registration.

I am not sure if this is possible.
Better get in touch with the center and speak with them about this.
Sometime ago, I herd the re - scheduling is only valid for the certification hours, not for the places. But to ensure this - if you already booked a center -> get in touch with the guys there and check if such option exists.
