No Shows and Cancellations: A candidate may reschedule their exam if it

is more than 72 hours in advance. If it is less than 72 hours prior to the

scheduled start time, the candidate must either take the exam, or forfeit

their registration fee.

Rescheduling Options for Exams. Because computer-based exams are

administered over several days, candidates will continue to have the option

to reschedule their test appointment within the same testing window

provided the request is made 72 hours prior to their scheduled appointment,

and there is a seat available in which to take the exam.

Emergency Situations. Unforeseen emergencies (death in the family, family

or health emergency) may occur that directly influence a candidate's

ability to take an exam on the appointment day. We will consider these

situations on a case-by-case basis.

Please contact training@servicenow.com and provide complete information

about the emergency, contact information, which exam was scheduled and the

appointment time, and when you can reschedule.

To avoid cancellation or reschedule fees, candidates seeking to alter a

scheduled session must do so a minimum of 3 business days in advance.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 3 business days will result in

the assessment of one of the following fees: At Least 3 Business Day

Cancellations or Reschedules Individuals who cancel an appointment with at

least 3-business days notice may reschedule their test without incurring a

penalty. The candidate may use their Webassessor account to reschedule.

Individuals who reschedule an appointment with at least 3-business days

notice do not incur a penalty. The candidate may use their Webassessor

account to reschedule. If an individual arrives so late that the

examination or session cannot begin without disturbing the delivery

location schedule for that date, a cancellation/reschedule fee may be

charged to the individual's account.

Yes You can reschedule your exam according to your convenience, But you need to remember that you have chance to reschedule before 48 hours of exam date, after that reschedule option will be closed off.
