Can not show Empolyee Center on Teams

I am intergrating Servicenow with Teams (pre-pulished app, default portal).

But when click on Employee Center tab, it show message like below:

The user on Entra and Servicenow both have admin role, so I don't think it's user's problem.
Any idea where could I go wrong?
