Can not upload .pem file to CA Certificate

Hi All,

Firstly, I created a .pem certificate via KeyStore Explorer(Generate a user certificate (servicenow.com)),     

Secondly when I upload a .pem certificate to CA Certificate Chain, the following errors occurred.

Are issuer and subject incorrect?

Is there any solution for fix the issue? thanks in advance!

Error Message1:Unable to upload the certificate. Please check system logs for more information.

Error Message2:Invalid insert

Hi GengshanYang,

I had recently uploaded a certificate for Azure but i got the details in PEM Format and copied it to the PEM Certificate text box available.

Attached the screenshot of the field.
