I am trying to get the developer certification can someone share the link for that, I want to take the 3 days training too, not sure how to get that link ,

Hi,
The developer course is paid.
You need to have access to partner portals if your company or client is servicenow partner so then you don't have to pay personally and company will pay via LC(learning credits) .
If you not have access ,you have to pay for the 3 days class personally.
Either way, you can go.
prerequisites:-
1. javascript knowldge
2. servicenow admin experience and familiar with now platform.

ServiceNow requires the completion of the following prerequisite training course(s) in preparation for the Certified Application Developer exam. Information provided in the following ServiceNow training course(s) contain source material for the exam.
• ServiceNow Fundamentals
• Automated Test Framework
• Scripting in ServiceNow Fundamentals
• Application Development Fundamentals - * Upon completion, the candidate will be eligible to collect a voucher for the Certified Application Developer exam.
Following pages contains information and links to start each course.
- ServiceNow Fundamentals (onDemand or LIVE class)
- Automated Test Framework Fundamentals
- Scripting in ServiceNow Fundamentals (onDemand)
- Application Development Fundamentals (Instructor led 3 days)
There is also a learning course "Low/Pro-Code Application Developer" that includes all required training and exams to become a ServiceNow Certified Application Developers but it contains more courses than the minimum required. It's 14 days 15 hours 8 minutes.

To register to take the course, login to Now learning and click on the "Enroll" button.
If this the first time to use Now Learning, first create an Now Learning account by click on "Sign up" button on the following page.

Just navigate to below link and register for the same . You need to get enrolled for the course first which will be 3 days of training and then they will get you the voucher and you can appear for the exam:

For instructor based, course fee is close to 2400 $ and then for exam it will be close to 350 $
Also would like to add, that there is a On Demand course as well which you can learn your self and will not have to pay anything and can learn your self only:

This will save your money and after completion of this On Demand course, you just have to pay for the exam voucher and give your exam which will be close to 350 $.
