Sato3

Host OS: Linux (Cent OS)
Goal: I want to pass an SSH command to MID Server to force MID Server to restart when MID Server goes down.

I want to communicate with MID Server in order to achieve my goal, but when I try to communicate with MID Server with Flow Action, I see the following error content.

When the status of MID Server is Up :

What is this error?
Also, if I can resolve this error, my command should work fine.

Please help me,

thank you.

Hi Sato,

There might be a misunderstanding here.
What you want is to do a remote connection to a server where the mid server instance is running.
You want to execute that shell script in that server if the mid server instance/service is down.

Is that what you want?

Hello Sato,

Do you have a connection to the mid server configured in your servicenow instance?
can you show that?

Thanks!

Hi, @Filipe Cruz

For some reason, my current MID Server has stopped working.

Linux is on Docker, you can also share information on docker if you want.

Hi Sato,

That's why I requested a screenshot of the mid server configuration.
If your mid server is down, it is normal that your flow is returning that error.

You need to check what is happening and make that mid server active again.

Hope this helps!

Hi, @Filipe Cruz

You are misunderstanding.

It is meaningless unless the MID Server is down. Look at the goal.
