Can't create new CI from Flow Designer

Hi,

 

I'm trying to create CI record from flow designer, but it does not succeed. 

I am wondering if it requires any additional flow before i can end the flow.

currently "End-Flow" is not available.

@sucheera 

are you sure you are filling all the mandatory fields?

Also did you check any data policy is having few fields as mandatory?
