Currently I have the out of box Apply Change Approval Policy flow action running in our normal change assess flow.
It's setup to reject if approval isn't received by the Planned End Date of the change request.
However we've discovered that if users update their Planned End date (we intentionally allow users to update planned dates while approval is pending), the originally calculated Due Date is still used for rejection.
In this example, the original planned end date was 9:17, later updated to 9:19, but the rejection still occurred at 9:17 and we can see that the Due Date was never re-calculated when the planned end changed.
Is there a way to re-calculate the runtime values of an in progress flow action?
If not, it seems I'll need a wait for condition to cancel and re-request the approvals when the planned end date changes?
