can we add a custom choice to target field on SLA table?

Hello All,

 

As OOB we have only 2 choices to target field on SLA , those are Response & Resolution

 

can we add one more custom choice to the target field ? if added there will be any impact ?

why to copy the name again in Target?

Target simply means what type of SLA it is, is it Resolution or Response.

our customer have some SLA definations with name as XYZ

 

so they want the same XYZ in the target choice

 

can i add these ? Anything will effect after adding ?
