Can we ask for solutions on how to fix an incident to Now Assist?

Can we ask Now Assist on how to solve an incident issue based on the data it has of previous similar incidents?

 

I'd like to know if it's possible for Now Assist to give step-by-step solutions on how to solve incidents if a similar incident has happened in the past. Can someone please tell me if this is possible?

Hey @TP10,

We were planning to implement such a thing but we never got the funding to so it was scraped. Based on my research, Predictive Intelligence was a better fit to find similar incident. There could be a way to integrate it with Now Assist but I never got the time to dig into it. I know it's not much but I hope focusing on Predictive Intelligence works for you!
