Can we auto populate assignment groups from CMDB( Adding CI's in CMDB) in incident table

Hi Community,

 

Can we auto populate assignment groups from CMDB (while Adding CI's in CMDB) in incident table?

whenever we give details like category, subcategory and configuration item in incident table will auto populate respective assignment groups

Hi,

Yes, we can.

Use g_form.getReference or GlideAjax in onChange Client script that will run on change of Configuration Item field.
