Can we change the layout for additional details tab under my requests

Hello,

 

Can we change the layout for additional details?

 

Navigation for additional details tab is under my active items widget> Requests button> go to requests summary> click on item> click on additional details.

 

under additional details I want the fields side by side(2 column layout). Is it possible to get that?

For example: Do want to purchase?                                      Is this a replacement for a lost or broken iphone?
                       Yes                                                                      No
