Hi ,
I am unable to see "post a question" button on knowledge homepage and knowledge portal.
I need to know how is it handled.
I am unable to find the configuration of this button.
How can I enable the button?

The mentioned plugin(com.snc.knowledge.social_qa.ui) is not visible in v_plugin table also not available in plugins.

Yes this plug in not available, so as per D.C. Release SN is deprecating the Knowledge home page (v3) and promote KB portal going forward. I can see the create article button. If you are in PDI, try to repair the knowledge plugin once.
