Hi there,
Yes that's possible: Record producer is your first goto.
Also have a look at the out-of-the-box examples for this. Record Producer, and filter on Table name = change_request.

A record producer is a Catalog Item. Record Producer is extend of Catalog Item.
Though if you really want to do this from a Request and Requested Item, if that's your question, you can though you have to create a workflow accordingly, think of how to handle the Requested Item, etc.. That's all up to you to decide.

Hi @Srinivasu2 ,
Let's say if you go with catalog item, upon submission it will create REQ & RITM which u will need to handle seperately if u don't want it. Record producer will not create any of this instead it will just create a record in the table which u have mapped (map change table).
So I agree with @Mark Roethof , record producer should be your go to option.
