Can we create change requests form service catalog, if yes, please let me know the process how to do that?

Hi @Srinivasu2 ,

The best way to acheive this by creating a Record Producer as suggested by Mark Roethof.

If you want to create change request when a request is submitted or in the middle of the flow, then in the workflow you need to create a Run script for creating a change Record.
