can we enable Ai search for custom workspaces through guided setup of zing to ai search migration?

I am seeing only ootb search applications of migrating from zing to ai search list in step 2 ,will this be applied to custom search applications mapped to custom workspaces?

No, OOTB as of now it is not possible.

@Dr Atul G- LNG  can you confirm guided setup is only for OOTB workspaces and we need to manually do it for custom workspaces who have zing search applications

As per guided set up it is for workspace, but nothing has mentioned about OOTB or custom

Give a try in PDI once.
