Can we get a sandbox type of instance?

Does SN offer an additional non prod type of sandbox instance? I feel like someone told me that was available. Thanks!

If it's to evaluate some features of ServiceNow for future purchase, contact ServiceNow account manager. They may be able to provide a limited time instance for a particular evaluation.

What's your question behind your question? Do you want to know whether you will have additional costs?

Basically you can have as many instances (not PDIs if that was your question!) as you want as long as you pay for it.

But I would recommend having a discussion with your responsible ServiceNow Account Manager´to find the best solution for you.
