Can we impersonate Contacts..?

I have contacts in ast_contact.i am not able to impersonate the contact

How to make that contact to impersonate the user...?because i need ti check the contact in csm portal

Because i need to the contact to login to csm portal......

I just tested this, as long as the User ID field is populated on the contact record, you should be able to impersonate.

instanceName.service-now.com/customer_contact_list.do?sysparm_query=&sysparm_view=case

see i have checked  but i am getting an Error like this?

 

 

  

Can you add the User ID to the list view and populate that with a value? After doing that it worked for me

Yeah its working BUt one more query is . that contact is having an Account . but the Account is not getting populated in the CSM portal in create customer case  after impersonated. how to do that?
