Hi All,
can we remove snc_internal role from the ACLs? This role got added to the ACLs along with the HRSD plugin installation , nd now we are facing issue with the access. Please le us know if anyone faced this before.

You should absolutely not remove it without deeper analysis IMO.
It means you have installed the "explicit roles" plugin. I believe it might be installed as part of HRSD installation. This happens for CSM as well.
This plugin creates "snc_external" and "snc"internal" roles. All existing users should have the "snc_role" added automatically I believe.
A user cannot have both roles at the same time.
