Can we test our service catalogue dev work in dev instance by ordering request from service portal

Hi Community,

 

Can we test our service catalogue dev work in dev instance by ordering request from service portal because we gave assignment group in catalog task in workflows?

Hi Srinivas,

That is what the purpose is of DEV and UAT environments. Just ensure, the mail sending is not enabled from DEV.

You can check it by navigating to System Propertie >> Email Properties
