Can you autoattach an excel sheet template, so it is there whenever the catalog item is used?

We are creating a catalog item and would like to auto attach an Excel template upon submission.  Is this doable?

Follow this step

1) create a system property to hold the excel sheet template

2) then after RITM submission use GlideSysAttachment.copy to copy file from property to target record

If you are asking how to show file on catalog item while user submits then do this

You have to put the attachment on the catalog item and then create a link to it in the description field OR Rich text label variable.
