Cancel button on Compose Email popup

On a Case, in the related Email tab, when a CSR clicks New Email, that launches the Compose Email popup which has only one button 'Send'.  If a CSR clicks the X to cancel out of the popup, it writes a record to the Emails on the Case which is 'send-ignored' with Error string "User did not press the Send button in Email Client".  This causes confusion and a lot of unnecessary noise in the related list Email on a Case so I would like to be able to Cancel out of the New Email popup if the CSR decides they didn't want to send an email.  Has anyone added a Cancel button to the Compose Email popup?

I think It would add a draft by default. This is the out of box behavior.

I would suggest adding additional filter to exclude the emails with state send-ignored.

I know if you are in the Workspace, it adds it as a draft by default.  This is in the Case, not the Agent Workspace.  Any experience with adding the Draft or Cancel on the Case email tab New Email popup?

I dont think it is feasible. But we can wait for other responses. Or you may need some kind of scheduled job to clear these send-ignored emails.
