As you can see in the below image , we need to bring this Cancel button as shown in the image . 

How to do this can any one please help me here . 

Please provide steps - screenshot for better understanding .

Hi,

The expected section was added on form through another widget.

In order to get that button there you need to customise the widget.

Hi there,

Your cancel button right now is in breadcrumbs if you want to move it near created/updated then you need to clone "Standard Ticket Header" widget and add your button code there.

Or if you want to know what widget is there near created/updated you can do a Ctrl + Right click > Select Show widget customizations. This will outline the widget and you can click on (i) icon to get the widget info/name.
