HI Team , 

 

As you can see in the below image , we need to bring this Cancel button as shown in the image . 

 

How to do this can any one please help me here .

Hi there,

Here is how you can do it step by step:

  1. Open Standard Ticket Header widget in your instance and clone it in the same scope. Standard ticket widget is in Service Portal - Standard Ticket application. So clone it in same scope.
  2. Open the cloned widget HTML and paste your button code at line no. 22.
  3. Save the widget
  4. Open Tickets page in service portal. If you can't find it just order something on service portal and you will be landed to tickets page.
  5. Once you're on tickets page do a Ctrl + Right click to open admin options and click on 'Page in designer' option.
  6. In page designer delete the 2nd container and put a new container over there.
  7. Drag and drop your cloned widget on the 2nd container.
  8. Go back to tickets page and refresh. You will be able to see the button.
