Cannot add users to Watch list

Hi SNC,

 

Recently I am struggling with the following case - I try to add users to the Watch list (in incident or change), I select the users I want to add, I click 'Update' and after the screen refreshes these users are not in the Watch list. They simply dissapear, as if the update did not work.

 

At the same time, my Work Notes list works fine, I don't have this issue there. If anyone has an idea for troubleshooting, please go ahead:)

Yes as said there should be some logic in the business rule which is preventing to save the data in the field.

Please check if there is any business rule defined on that field.

Or, you might not have Write access to the Watch List field.


Please check in ACLs.

Well I do have access to the watch list field, I checked that. I saw that I have a several business rules so I will check what logic is behing those now.


Yes as said there should be some logic in the business rule which is preventing to save the data in the field.
