I have a current environment where I can Dot-walk into the Related Tables and add the Columns to my list view. Screenshot 1 and 2.
I have created a new environment where these related tables just do not show up for me to dot walk into.
Screenshot 3 and 4
Is there a setting or Property which I need to activate to enable this ability. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
+ sign and Expand Selected Reference is available only for reference type field not to all.
Are those the reference fields?
Thanks,
Dhananjay.

Hi Dhananjay.
We are creating a totally new environment for our customer. So, we have a brand new Instance which we are creating from scratch. In the old environment I can see the + Sign and the reference field icon above the left and right arrows, therefor it is safe to assume that it is a reference field. You should be able to see this if you look at the cmdb_rel_ci table. What I want to do is show the class of the parent and the Class of the Child in the list view. to be able to search or group by child or parent class.
Kind Reagrds

Hi,
In new environment whenever you are trying to apply filter that time are you able to see the 'Show Related Fields' option?
Thanks.
