Cannot find latest customized version on Store App

I have selected "Select Store App to customize" in Studio and chosed "Walk-up Experience".
This is configured to our repository on github. 

 

We did this on Rome and then we cloned over the instance to San Diego. 

After the clone, I chose "Apply remote changes" and then published a new version to send to the other instances. 

 

The test instance could install customized version 1.0 which was based on Rome. 

No matter how many times a publish new versions in Dev instance, I cannot see them in Test instance, and therefore not update the plugin. 

 

How can I fix this?

It's working after I cloned the test instance. Might have been an issue with the ServiceNow versions that had different patches.
