I've been unsuccessful in hiding this 'New' button on the home page of the Project Workspace. I've tried several steps I've read in community posts and tried to add an exclusion for the project table in the"Action Exclusions related list" to no avail. I'm admittedly pretty green with workspace configurations. Has anyone else faced this issue?

Here is what finally worked for me:
UX Form Actions Config
--Select "Project Workspace action config"
--Under All Global List Actions, select the "New" where Action Model = List and View is empty
--Under "Action Exclusions" click New
--Select pm_project as the Table and check "Exclude this table"
--Save the record

whats inside the Data Driven tabs. Can you check that.
