Cannot select "Time Zone" in Scheduled job

Hi all,

I have created one scheduled job to trigger notification. When I am trying to select "Time Zone", it is showing "Invalid Update" error message when creating/updating scheduled job. what could be the cause? Can anyone please suggest?

Hi @MS17 ,

Below Business rule on scheduled job (sysauto) table restricting you from entering the timezone.

BR name :- "Adjust Time Based on Time Zone"

If you make it active false then you can change the timezone. For a instance just to change the value you can make it active false and then after changing value again make it active true.

I made the mentioned BR to false, then changed the time zone, again made that to true. It is working.

But I cannot see the "Time" field, then in which time the scheduled job will run?

Hi @MS17 ,

If you cant see the time then check from form layout if that is present in selected or not.

If that is not working then from list view drag and drop that time field and make changes in time field.

Hi @Gunjan Kiratkar,

I have checked, It is present in selected slushbucket. still the field is not available in the form. but the field is visible when creating the scheduled job only if "Time Zone" is "--None--".
