Cant we use Predictive Intelligence in PDI ?

I am using version Washington DC instance, I am trying to Train the incidents but I am getting Training requests timed out.

I think it works but the bigger challenge on PDI is you don't have a good quality data to train model.

Yes!! You can use but it requires minimum 10000 records.
