Hi, is it possible to change the states which are used to determine if the case is with customer or agent (https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/vancouver-customer-service-management/page/product/customer-servi...)?. I need to change the Awaiting info state with different custom state to properly calculate the time on customer side. Thanks
