cases for subject person - related list component - translation

Hi Experts,

i need to translate the related list component title - named "cases for subject person" to hebrew.

the component title fields translatable is turned on and tried to translate via sys_messages and translated fields/names, it's not being translated. do someone know a way to do this translation? (see attachment)

Have you tried the following Documentation. In general the related list titles will be translated in sys_translated table.

Hi, it didn't work checked sys messages + translated text/fields. 

but i did the translation inside the component tab field name to the hebrew name and it's working. but it's not a translation but it's for me a solution since my costumer has no english instance. but still need to know how this could be translated in someway from english since it's important and should be an easy way to do that.
