Catalog Available on Backend (Platform) for Agents

Hello developers,

 

Quick question, is there a way to have record producers available on the backend for Agents (not employees) to submit a case? 

I know that this functionality is available for the Service Catalog but is there a way to make it available for another catalog (ex: procurement catalog, supplier catalog, etc.)?

 

Any guidance will be greatly appreciated!

We did explore this as a viable option, which after doing more research and without having a portal available for another couple of months, this looks to be the option we'll go with given the timeframe we have.
