Catalog Builder - Estimated Time to Deliver

Hi All,

 

I created my catalog item but i am wondering what Estimated Time to Deliver field is used for?  

does it have sth to do with SLAs?

The field "estimated time to deliver" in fulfillment of catalog builder typically indicates the amount of time required to complete the fulfillment process for a catalog item. It indicates the time it takes for the catalog item to go through all necessary fulfillment steps, from when a request is submitted to when the service or product is delivered to the end-user.

We treat it as a rough estimate of how long it will take to receive the good/service.

 

My question is, HOW do we set the value? I don't see any way in Catalog Builder.

@davida1 If you go to Service Catalog > Maintain Items, you can pull in the column "Delivery time" in the list view and modify there. I also found KB0552815 which might be worth a quick read!
