Hi everyone, I’m looking for help with a Catalog Builder issue.
I added an M2M (many-to-many) step to allow selecting Service Offerings in a Catalog Builder. The functionality works correctly for admins, but for users with the role catalog_builder_editor, the following error appears as soon as they populate the step:
"Unable to update record"
- The M2M table being used is: sc_cat_item_subscribe_mtom
- The catalog_builder_editor user can open the list view of this table and create/delete/read/write records.
- Tested with admins (no issue)
Any suggestions?
