I have a catalog look-up definition created to populate the user's manager, user location, and user's manager's location based on the employee name selected. These definitions work when I select an active user but these are not working for an INACTIVE user. Does anyone know the reason?

Hi @skuvvakulli
Do you want to populate in Catalog Form on form or in backend?
If on portal, use the auto populate feature on variable level.
