PDI instance is offline and can't open

I am having trouble because my PDI instance is offline. Does anyone know the solution?

There is no PDI support available from SN.
It is very common issue from last 2-3 days.
If you can wait for few hrs, please wait and possibly you will get PDI back.
If not, then release this instance and take a new one and take regular back up to avoid any issue.

If your instance is offline and won't wake up, you can try releasing the instance and requesting a new one if you don't have important data...
1. Navigate to Release instance> why are you releasing your instance?
2. Please select an option>(as per your issue)
