Hello, I've noticed that we have a RITM with a SCTask that routes to a specific assignment group. I was wondering why it is set to route by default? Thank you for your clarification

Hi @yoli1,

 Usually the instance comes with some predefined assignment rules, to check what predefined rules you have, go here:

  All > System Policy > Rules > Assignment.
