Catalog Item form fields do not bring data for dropdown selection for some impersonated users in sp

Hi all, 

We have created a catalog item where fields data is brought from some table's fields.  All works fine if i am a System Admin, i can see all dropdown values in Now Experience and SP.

Issue: if i impersonate some other user - form fields are empty, no drop down, no values to select from in Now Experience and SP.  Catalog item Access is set up to "Available to any user".

Hi Kumar, looks like no.  For any other user apart from sys admin i am getting "Security constraints prevent access to requested page" while trying to access the table.
