Looking for an explanation on Impacted Services and Affected CI

Hi All,

Can anyone brief me that, if Impacted Services and Affected CI are showing same data then why do we need both?

@sugand 

The Affected CIs tab is where you would list all the CIs that you are going to change. The Impacted services/CIs are populated with the Services that will be impacted based on the CIs you are going to change.
