Catalog item image mockup

I have a catalog item and need to create a badge image mockup based on variable selection and, at the end of the selection, assemble this mockup by including the person's photo. I'd like to know from the community if it's possible to implement this mockup, and if so, how can I do it? I'm leaving an example of what it will look like after selecting the variables.

Yes it is possible with custom variable.

Through custom variable , you can call widget for catalog item on portal and Ui macro/ UI page for catalog item on native view.

If your catalog item is only available on portal widget would be enough.
