Catalog Item Picture doesn't come out.

Added picture to all items.

There are items with Picture and some items without Picture.

Why is it coming out like this?

Please let me know if you found any cause and solution for this issue. I am facing the same issue with few of my items which had the images visible but suddenly disappeared.

Hi @SanjanaK ,

The rootcause for the broken image for few catalog items in our instance, was because of the associated files being corrupted within the sys_attachment_doc table, which relates to the image in sys_attachment table.

We reloaded the images for those catalog items.
