Catalog item | request method

Hi Everyone,

We have a catalog item used for years, currently "request method" is "order".

I want to change request method to "Submit" to get rid of the checkout page in the service portal.

However I am concerned about all the previous RITM created before the change.
Will it have an impact on previous RITM ? Or can I change the request method without risk ?

Hi @Sylvain12

It will not impact old RITM, the changes will come in effect for new RITM only.
