Catalog Item though present not available via Search

Hi,

We have lots of catalog items though they are visible in Service Portal are not available via search Bar. Is there anything I need to make it work? I can get it from Employee Centre though. Kindly help.

Greetings!

have you added Meta for the catalog item?

There will be Field called as "Visible Everywhere", is that checked?

check if any of the searched words is stop word.
