Catalog Item Watch List: show columns Name Email and Department for snc_internal users

Hi,

I have a watch list in a catalog item, it's a reference to sys_user table. The information shown is: the name, email and department.

When I log in as a user with only an snc_internal role, they can see the name and email but not the department

The READ ACL on the department table is:

Role: snc_internal

Security Attribute Condition: LoggedIn=true^ORAllowUnauthRolelessAcl=true

it's the same Read ACL on the email field in the sys_user table. and yet the user can see the email but not the department in the watchList.

In the catalog item, the Watch list variable has this variable attributes:

ref_ac_columns=email;department,ref_auto_completer=AJAXTableCompleter

Hi @omarsaaoui ,

I see a department against Abel Tuter's record, do other users have the department populated on their user records?

@omarsaaoui

from the screenshot it looks like department is empty for those users in sys_user.

Did you check that?

Also with admin you see blank department? if yes then it's data issue and not ACL issue
