Catalog variables are not visible to user with snc_external role in portal page created using ui builder

Hi Team,

I created portal experience from app engine studio (which opens ui builder), which adds by default catalog item page.

i linked record producer to this page as a admin i can see all variables and submit request.

the same record producer variables are not visible for user with snc_external role.

below is the screeshot of the form with snc_external.

I checked user criteria everything looks fine.

Kindly let me know what changes i have to do so that  record producer form will be visible for user with snc_external role.

Hello , 

Can you share it with snc_enternal users as well in Available for and not available for related lists in the catalog item.

By creating a user criteria or check if there is any existing user criteria with snc _external role and add that to the catalog item

I added available for user criteria for snc_external role still issue is there.

Kindly let me know any restriction ui builder has for snc_external .
