CATTASK Stage Dropdown Customization

Can these drop-down options on CATTASK Stage be customized to a specific term instead of the ones which are out of the box. Is this possible? If so, how ?

The ones which are already there are not conveying the right message to the customer and causing confusion.

Hi @salwaabedi ,

Customization is possible. You can write click on the state field u will get an option to select configure dictionary.

After opening that scroll to the bottom u will find related tabs

 One of the tab choices will be written,just change the label for which ever choices u wish for.
