I'm sure this answer is already out there but I am having trouble finding one specifically on this issue. How do I change the background image for the Knowledge homepage so that it is not the default green one as pictured below? I do not want it to be the same as my Service Portal homepage background, is there a way to add a different background image to this page? Thank you!
You can open URL https://<your instance>.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=/sp_page.do?sys_id=e1c919e4dbd3220099f93691f0b8f535 to open Service Portal Page kb_home (or open it in menu under Service Portal > pages), then select the first container and switch to scope "Knowledge Management - Service Portal" application scope. After that you can delete or modify the background image and save the changes:
You can do the same changes in page designer of Service Portal, if you know it, but it will take a little more steps.
