Change inactive to false on a question choice on a field on a form/catalog item

Hello,

Per the screen shot below, I have a variable/field on a catalog item that is in the form of a question, I then have several question choices/answers to the question.  I want the question choice "Modify Meeting Room Mailbox" to be "Active" so that it shows in the drop down list of options under the question "What would you like to do".  Per the screen shot, "Inactive" is "True".  I want it to be  "Inactive" is "False".    Each time I change it to false it reverts back to true.  I have tried clearing the cache, but that dis not work.  I appreciate any help you can provide.  Thanks!

Hello @DeIvory Gordon 

Try deleting it, running cache.do and creating it once again.
